Returning clothing bought online is very, very normal. We all like to buy different shapes, styles and sizes and should be 100% happy with our purchase. We actually encourage buying of different styles and sizes and see which you like the most.
We have developed a returns and exchanges portal that takes all of the stress away from trying to swap a product, get a credit or refund.

Manage and track all returns, credits and exchanges in one place. We automatically accept all requests no questions asked, because neither of us want the stress.
Step 1
Your details
Using your order number (must start with #Gorilla...) and either your email, telephone or post code.
Step 2
Review your order
Your order will automatically appear. If you have ordered multiple items you can choose to return or credit whichever item you prefer.

Credit, exchange or refund
Choose either a store credit, exchange for a different item or a full refund (money will be back in your account within 5-10 working days)
Step 4
Free pre-paid (tracked) label
We pay the cost of returns and use a tracked shipping method so we both know where item is. You will be given the link to download your label. (Does not apply to international orders)

Find a parcel shop
Drop your package off at any Evri (formally Hermes) parcel shop and get alerts at every step of the process
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, the money will be back in your account within 5-10 working days from when we receive the return.
